Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by being friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable.
• Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Monitor product quality and display items according to merchandising standards.
• Support management in daily operations, including team training and development.
• Engage in regular product training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
• Participate in store meetings to discuss sales strategies and challenges.
• Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure satisfactory resolutions.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma
• Bachelor's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of retail experience preferred
