• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
• A Master's degree is an advantage
• Retail Management Software Proficiency in using retail management software for inventory and sales tracking.
• Merchandising Strong understanding of merchandising principles to drive sales.
• Leadership Proven ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving goals.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team and customer interactions.

• Familiarity with Point of Sale Systems: Hands-on experience with various POS systems used in retail environments.
