Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Hemodialysis Technicians to provide exceptional dialysis treatment to patients experiencing kidney failure. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will monitor patients, maintain equipment, and ensure the highest standards of care are met.

Responsibilities

• Administer hemodialysis and monitor vital signs
• Ensure equipment functionality and perform troubleshooting as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
• Provide education to patients about self-care between treatments
• Participate in team meetings to discuss treatment plans
• Respond to patient needs and concerns promptly
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Certificate or diploma in Hemodialysis Technology

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Hemodialysis Technician
