Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate at our Durban location, you will oversee clinical trial activities from initiation to closeout. Your responsibilities include conducting site visits, monitoring study compliance, and ensuring data integrity. This role is critical in the successful delivery of our projects and enhancing our contribution to the field of medical research.

Responsibilities

  • Execute clinical monitoring activities and maintain oversight on project timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards in all trial phases.
  • Review adverse event reports and assess compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with data management teams to ensure timely database locking.
  • Identify issues at trial sites and work collaboratively to resolve them.
  • Assist with the training of new staff and study coordinators on study-specific requirements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or related field
  • Master's degree in Clinical Research preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in clinical trial operations
