Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Manager to oversee project lifecycles from inception to delivery. You will coordinate teams, manage schedules, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation for reference.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Monitor project changes and adjust schedules accordingly.
• Prepare project status reports for management review.
• Ensure project compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Management or related field
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software (e.g. JIRA, Trello)
• Budget Management

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
