Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Design and facilitate training and development programs.

  • Manage employee exit processes, including exit interviews and documentation.
  • Analyze HR metrics to support decision-making processes.
  • Support the overall talent management strategy to ensure a skilled workforce.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR-related field
  • Master's degree in HR or organisational development is preferred
