Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Non-Profit Manager to lead our organization in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of non-profit management, fundraising, and community engagement. You will be responsible for strategic planning, overseeing programs, and developing relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses and government agencies.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve program objectives and targets.
  • Prepare funding proposals and grant applications to secure resources.
  • Manage records and documentation of all programs and funding sources.
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to review progress and challenges.
  • Foster a culture of transparency and accountability within the organization.
  • Implement best practices in non-profit governance and management.
  • Serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization to the public.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Public Administration, or Business
  • Master's degree is an added advantage

  • At least 5 years in non-profit or community service management roles
