Job Description

As a Route Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, delivering products to customers and ensuring their satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for managing your own route and building strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and sell products on designated routes.
  • Develop new leads through networking and referrals.
  • Manage customer accounts and secure repeat business.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and product rotation.
  • Document and report sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies.
  • Ensure all deliveries are made timely and in compliance with safety protocols.

Requirements
