Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Travel Surgical Technologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will assist in various surgical procedures, ensuring the operating room is sterile and equipped with necessary supplies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room prior to surgeries and ensure all required tools are in place.
• Maintain the sterility of equipment and the surgical environment.
• Assist in a variety of surgical specialties, adapting to different team dynamics.
• Provide support during surgical procedures by efficiently passing instruments.
• Follow post-operative protocols, including assisting in patient recovery.
• Engage in team briefings before procedures to discuss roles and expectations.
• Maintain an inventory of surgical supplies, ordering as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Surgical Technology

Experience

• Experience in fast-paced surgical environments preferred.
