Job Description

As a Finance Controller, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial health of our organization. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial statements, coordinating audits, and improving financial processes. We are looking for a proactive individual who can lead financial strategies and ensure the accuracy of financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting process and present proposals to management.
• Review financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Work closely with auditors during reviews.
• Create and update financial models for strategic planning.
• Manage cash flow and investment strategies.
• Provide financial advice to executive leadership.
• Supervise daily finance operations.
• Ensure proper documentation and archiving of financial records.
• Report on financial variance and take corrective actions.
• Contribute to the development of financial policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• MBA with a focus on Finance preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in finance management or accounting
