Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on the progress of training initiatives.
• Develop e-learning content and utilize modern training tools.
• Organize team-building activities to enhance collaboration.
• Create training materials, guides, and user manuals.

• Evaluate employee performance data to identify further development opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Certifications in instructional design or adult learning principles are advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Competency Framework Development

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Presentation Skills

Certifications

• Advanced Instructional Designer Certification
• Human Resources Certification (SHRM-CP or PHR)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Intermediate
