Responsibilities
Manage the full payroll process for employees and contractors.
Ensure accurate and timely payment of all payroll deductions.
Conduct regular audits of payroll processes and controls.
Act as the point of contact for all payroll-related queries.
Assist in the training of staff on payroll procedures.
Provide reports and analysis as required by management.
Ensure data accuracy in payroll software.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Assist in year-end payroll processing and reporting.
Keep abreast of changes in legislation affecting payroll processing.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related qualification
Relevant certifications in payroll processing are preferred
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience in a corporate environment
