Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates.
• Plan and execute recruitment drives and campus outreach programs.
• Advise on market trends and competitor analysis related to talent acquisition.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate recruitment
