Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance.
  • Resolve service issues, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
  • Keep abreast of product updates and service changes for effective support.
  • Assist in creating knowledge base content for customer self-service.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss service improvements.
  • Support marketing initiatives by promoting new service offerings to customers.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or Business related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
Technical Skills
  • Experience with helpdesk software
Soft Skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Xhosa: Conversational

Advantageous

  • Bilingual proficiency: Ability to communicate in English and Afrikaans.
  • Proven track record of meeting performance targets: Experience in achieving key performance indicators.
