Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our vibrant team in Pretoria. Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns effectively.

  • Provide feedback to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in product training sessions as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation certificate
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
