We're on the lookout for a skilled Warehouse Manager to lead our operations at our Port Elizabeth facility. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in warehouse management, focusing on optimizing processes, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage our warehouse team and collaborate with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of warehousing operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Supervise and motivate warehouse personnel to achieve optimal productivity.
• Evaluate and enhance warehouse layout for improved storage and workflow.
• Conduct safety training and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to boost efficiency.
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers and logistics partners.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years in a managerial role within logistics or warehouse settings
