Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will work closely with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Provide information about products and services to customers.
  • Log all customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer queries.
  • Provide feedback to management on service improvements.
  • Participate in team meetings for discussion of challenges and ideas.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant qualification in customer service or related fields
  • Higher education is preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer support role

Languages
  • English: Fluent
