• Keep detailed records of transportation requests and dispatch assignments.
• Assist with ticket promotions and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to enhance passenger experience.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate
• Certificate in Customer Service or Sales is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in handling ticket sales and customer service inquiries

Technical Skills

• Point of Sales (POS) Systems
