• Direct all aspects of the store's operational activities.
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Ensure accurate reporting of sales and inventory data.
• Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Track market trends to position the store competitively.
• Promote a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Handle cash management and ensure store security.
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and engagement.

• Diploma or Degree in Retail Management or a related field
• Sales Management Proven track record in driving sales performance.
• Inventory Management Experience in managing stock levels and ordering.
• Leadership Strong ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Communication Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)

• Multi-lingual abilities: Proficiency in multiple languages to cater to diverse customer base.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role: Experience overseeing staff in a retail environment is a plus.
