Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of retail operations for the store.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing retail team.
• Analyse sales metrics and performance trends to identify opportunities.
• Strategize and implement merchandising tactics to optimize product displays.
• Engage with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to budgetary limitations and financial targets.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and customers.
• Participate in community events to strengthen brand presence and outreach.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or relevant field
• Relevant certifications in retail leadership are advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years in retail management with a proven sales record
