Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Machinist Helper to assist in the production of machine parts. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting machinists in their daily tasks, performing maintenance on machines, and ensuring a clean and efficient workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup of machinery and tools.
• Keep the work area organized and free from hazards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss workflow improvements.
• Provide assistance in the repair and installation of machinery.
• Record production data as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of CNC machines
• Basic welding skills

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Problem-solving

Advantageous

• Technical qualifications in manufacturing: Additional certifications in machining or fabrication processes.
• Experience in an assembly line environment: Prior work in a fast-paced production setting is a plus.
