Job Description

As a Wrapper Selector, you will be key in ensuring that materials are selected and prepared for wrapping products per client specifications. Your role will involve operating machinery for wrapping and packaging, while diligently monitoring inventory levels.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and select packaging wrappers as per order sheet or instructions from supervisor.
• Ensure correct quantity of wrappers is selected and supplied to the packaging area.
• Accurately record inventory levels and replenish stock as required.
• Ensure all wrappers are stored and handled safely to prevent damage.
• Communicate effectively with other warehouse staff for seamless operations.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
• Participate in regular safety meetings to stay updated on protocols.
• Adhere to quality standards of packaging to meet customer expectations.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent
• Experience with packaging machinery preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant experience

Languages

• English: Fluent
