Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment, training, and development of staff within the store.
• Implement performance metrics to track retail success and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with head office on strategic initiatives and promotional activities.
• Develop relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Create a culture of teamwork and accountability within the store.
• Manage all operational functions, including payroll and scheduling.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Retail Management or relevant qualification

Experience

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in retail management or similar role

Languages
