Job Description

As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will play a key role in protecting our company from cyber threats. You will monitor our networks for security breaches, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess security measures for effectiveness.
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate security training for all employees.
• Ensure compliance with local and international security regulations.
• Maintain and monitor security software and tools.
• Regularly update security plans and policies.
• Respond to security threats and provide critical analysis.
• Work with external vendors to enhance security infrastructure.
• Conduct forensics analysis post-incident.
• Assist in planning for disaster recovery and business continuity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are preferred

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security roles
