Job Description

Join our dynamic architectural team in Cape Town as an Architect. You will be responsible for designing innovative structures, collaborating with clients and other professionals, and overseeing project development from conception to completion while adhering to sustainability practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion.
• Create detailed design sketches and 3D models.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other team members.
• Conduct project reviews and provide detailed reports.
• Evaluate project feasibility and render design solutions.
• Work on integrating new technologies and sustainable practices.
• Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Assist in budget estimations and project pricing.
• Address and resolve design challenges throughout project phases.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Project management qualifications are a bonus

Experience

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in architecture

Technical Skills

• BIM Software
• 3D Rendering

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Sustainable Design Certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
