Responsibilities

  • Provide immersive guided experiences at key historical landmarks.
  • Engage with guests, fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Create educational materials related to tours for guests to take home.
  • Work alongside other guides to ensure team cohesion and tour quality.
  • Conduct post-tour evaluations to assess visitor satisfaction.
  • Participate in promotional events to attract visitors to upcoming tours.

Requirements

Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • A degree in History, Culture Studies, or Tourism is highly advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years in tour guiding or hospitality sectors
