Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated Hospitality Manager to lead our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel operations, customer service, and staff management. You will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a pleasant experience while maintaining high operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all operational areas to ensure efficiency.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements.
• Manage budgets and oversee financial reporting.
• Work with stakeholders to enhance service quality.
• Ensure the facility is well-maintained and meets guest standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in hotel management or related fields

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
