Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations and elevate our guests' dining experience. You will work closely with kitchen staff and restaurant personnel to optimize service levels while managing inventory and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

• Review and approve catering and event details.
• Develop training programs for new staff members.
• Conduct performance reviews for culinary and service staff.

• Foster relationships with recurring customers for loyalty.
• Ensure adherence to budgeting and financial goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or Food Service Management
• Certifications in beverage management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
