Employee Relations Advisor

Job Description

We are on the lookout for an Employee Relations Advisor who will help us maintain a harmonious workplace. In this role, you will handle employee queries, promote policies that support well-being, and介 facilitate training to enhance employee relations practices. Responsibilities

• Support staff in understanding policies and procedures.
• Develop employee relations programs aimed at conflict reduction.
• Proactively engage with teams to foster strong relationships.
• Assist in the development and roll-out of training programs.
• Coordinate and implement workplace surveys to gain insight.
• Resolve employee issues and complaints effectively.
• Ensure company policies are consistently applied and maintained.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in employee relations or HR management, with leadership experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in HRIS Systems
• Knowledge of performance management systems

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Negotiation skills

Certifications

• SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in coaching and mentoring: Experience in guiding employees to achieve personal and professional goals.
• Understanding of talent acquisition: Knowledge of processes related to hiring and recruitment strategies.
