We are searching for an HR Generalist to support our HR team in Cape Town. The selected candidate will play a vital role in developing and implementing HR policies, fostering a positive work environment, and enhancing employee relations.
Responsibilities
Conduct recruitment and selection processes to fill vacant positions.
Develop initiatives to drive employee engagement and satisfaction.
Implement training programs that align with company goals.
Provide support for performance evaluations and promotions.
Aid in the management of employee benefits and payroll queries.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and industry standards.
Support the HR team in strategic initiatives for talent management.
Assist with internal reporting and analysis on HR metrics.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Master's degree in Human Resources Management is preferred

5+ years of experience in HR roles with a focus on employee relations
