Job Description

We are searching for an HR Generalist to support our HR team in Cape Town. The selected candidate will play a vital role in developing and implementing HR policies, fostering a positive work environment, and enhancing employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct recruitment and selection processes to fill vacant positions.
  • Develop initiatives to drive employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Implement training programs that align with company goals.
  • Provide support for performance evaluations and promotions.
  • Aid in the management of employee benefits and payroll queries.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and industry standards.
  • Support the HR team in strategic initiatives for talent management.
  • Assist with internal reporting and analysis on HR metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles with a focus on employee relations
