Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• MBA or graduate degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and project management

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Time Management

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Manufacturing Processes: Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Proficiency in Simulation Software: Experience with simulation software for mechanical systems.
