We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Retail Manager to join our Bloemfontein store. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management and a knack for motivating teams to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and maintain a thriving retail environment.
• Mentor team members on sales strategies and customer interaction.
• Identify and implement operational improvements.
• Ensure product availability and relevant stock management.
• Prepare reports on sales performance and recommend strategies.
• Drive in-store promotions to enhance customer engagement.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships.
• Encourage team collaboration for achieving store excellence.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Retail Management certification is beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in retail or management roles

• Customer Relationship Management

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Conversational
