Job Description

We are in search of a skilled Legal Advisor to provide expert legal counsel and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of various legal practices, with a particular focus on corporate law and compliance. You will be essential in guiding clients through complex legal matters and ensuring all operations adhere to relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage in the analysis of complex legal issues and provide actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote legal literacy across the organization.
• Support the litigation process when cases arise, including preparation and documentation.
• Offer proactive advice on emerging trends in legislation to safeguard the organization.
• Develop and implement compliance programs tailored to specific regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Education

• LLM or related advanced degree is a plus
• Admission as an Attorney is required

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in legal advisory roles, particularly in corporate or commercial law.

Languages

• English: Fluent
