Job Description

In the position of Contract Analyst, you'll be tasked with ensuring that all contractual obligations are met throughout the contractual lifecycle. This includes developing terms, negotiating agreements, and providing comprehensive analysis that enhances contract value and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and interpret contracts to determine rights and obligations.
• Support management in strategic negotiations and contract formation.
• Prepare reports on contract status and compliance issues.
• Assist in audits related to contractual compliance.
• Liaise with stakeholders to clarify contract terms and expectations.
• Ensure timely communication with external parties regarding contract matters.
• Conduct market research to inform contract terms and negotiation strategies.
• Facilitate internal discussions to align contract management with company goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
• Postgraduate qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in contract management or related fields
