Job Description

As an IP Strategy Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our approach to intellectual property management and strategy. You will work closely with our legal and business teams to develop actionable insights and strategies to maximize the value of our IP portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the legal team to draft and review IP agreements.
  • Assess the impact of new legislation on the company's IP strategies.
  • Coordinate with product development teams to secure IP rights early in the innovation process.
  • Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of IP management strategies.
  • Foster relationships with relevant industry groups and IP organizations.
  • Provide expert advice on IP litigation strategies.
  • Support the company’s technology transfer initiatives.
  • Drive initiatives that promote innovation and creativity within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in an IP-related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications in IP Law preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing IP strategies
