• Create engaging training materials and resources.
• Monitor and report on employee development progress.
• Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business
• Relevant certifications in L&D are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years in corporate training or learning development roles

Languages
