We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment to employee relations.
Responsibilities
Assist the HR Manager with strategic HR planning and initiatives.
Facilitate exit interviews and manage off-boarding processes.
Maintain an updated employee handbook and ensure compliance with company policies.
Conduct analysis of turnover rates and employee feedback to drive improvements.
Develop onboarding programs to better acclimate new employees to the company culture.
Help organize team-building events and activities to strengthen workplace relationships.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
HR certification from a recognized body is preferred
Experience
3+ years of experience in an HR capacity
