Industrial Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our Cape Town office. The successful candidate will be involved in designing and evaluating structures while ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations. This role requires collaboration with architects and other engineering professionals to deliver efficient and sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop metrics to track and quantify process performance.
• Collaborate with R&D to facilitate new product introductions.
• Assist in the implementation of new manufacturing technologies.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.
• Identify training needs and help implement training programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant field
• Relevant professional certifications will be an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing setting.
