Job Description

We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Durban. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and components, ensuring they meet required specifications and standards. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in mechanical engineering principles and experience with CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews and provide feedback on mechanical designs.
• Research new technologies and materials to enhance product performance.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor project status, addressing any risks or issues promptly.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on project development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Professional Engineer registration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in mechanical design and development
