Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Legal Counsel to join our team in Johannesburg. This role involves providing comprehensive legal support throughout the organization, including contract management, compliance, and advisory services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate law and experience in handling complex legal matters.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• LLB or similar legal qualification
• Further qualification in corporate governance is an advantage

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in a corporate legal environment
