Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, guiding project timelines, and fostering client relationships to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Direct project teams to adhere to best practices and timelines.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships to facilitate successful project delivery.
  • Conduct project audits and assessments to ensure quality is maintained.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the project teams.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Lead training initiatives for project team members to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration
  • Relevant certification (PMP, Prince2) is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in a corporate environment
