Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute events, including corporate meetings, weddings, and parties.
  • Create and manage event budgets and timelines.
  • Liaise with vendors to arrange catering, decorations, and entertainment.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure their requirements are met.
  • Coordinate site visits and ensure event venues are ready before the event.
  • Create event documentation and reports for review.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in managing events
