Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Catering Manager to lead our catering operations in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of food service management, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for catering events, including setup and breakdown.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement catering policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare financial reports related to catering operations.
  • Lead the catering team in achieving service excellence.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in catering or food service management
