Join our Cape Town team as an Investment Banker where you will advise clients on their financial strategies, manage client portfolios, and lead capital-raising efforts. The ideal candidate will have substantial investment banking experience, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence processes and transaction structuring.
• Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and preferences.
• Work closely with legal teams on compliance and regulatory matters.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
• Participate in negotiations and assist in closing deals.
• Develop and maintain financial databases.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics
• Master's degree in Finance or MBA is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or financial services
