Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Feeder and Offbearer to join our production team. This role focuses on operating and maintaining roll-forming equipment to ensure the safe and efficient production of quality products, all while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate roll-forming equipment according to established protocols.
• Perform routine checks to ensure quality and efficiency in production.
• Assist in loading materials and managing workflow through the production line.
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks to keep machinery in optimal condition.
• Ensure all finished products meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain safety standards and practices in the workplace.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to streamline production.
• Document production metrics and report on progress toward targets.
• Manage the unloading of finished products and maintain production efficiency.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in manufacturing or related field (preferred)

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating roll-forming equipment
