Job Description

As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of our retail store. You will lead your team to achieve sales targets, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain visual merchandising standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail management and a passion for enhancing customer experiences.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in retail management or a similar role
