Responsibilities

• Repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools.
• Test drive vehicles post-repair to ensure functionality.
• Document all repairs and services in compliance with company policies.
• Provide exemplary customer service and address client inquiries.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss service improvements and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Automotive Engineering

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on automotive experience

Technical Skills

• Transmission Systems
• Air Conditioning Systems

Certifications

• ASE Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
