Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the housekeeping team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Track and report housekeeping performance metrics.
  • Implement eco-friendly cleaning practices.
  • Communicate effectively with management and other departments.
  • Handle inventory and order supplies as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant qualification in hospitality or management
Experience
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality housekeeping
