Job Description

Looking for a proactive Food and Beverage Manager, you will manage daily operations, maintain high food quality standards, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. This role is critical in creating an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the restaurant's food and beverage costs.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure quality preparation of meals.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
  • Conduct regular inspections of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing on promotional events and campaigns.
  • Monitor guest feedback and adjust operations accordingly.
  • Lead regular team meetings to discuss operational improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in food and beverage management
