Job Description

As a Field Researcher located in Durban, you'll take on the exciting role of collecting and analyzing data in various environments. Your insights will help shape our understanding of key issues, driving solutions and enhancing our research impact across sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead field data collection efforts for various projects.
  • Conduct interviews and surveys with participants.
  • Compile data and conduct statistical analysis.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement research designs.
  • Prepare detailed documentation of research processes.
  • Facilitate focus groups to gather comprehensive insights.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Research Methodology or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in social research and data collection
Technical Skills
  • Statistical Software (SPSS, R)
